About myself
This year my targets are clear: a 540kg total across the big three lifts and finishing a 50+ ultra. I’ve been training for over 10 years, moving through bodybuilding-style training, military-style conditioning, and now dialing in functional strength and endurance. I’ve also done the weight-loss grind, dropping from 105kg to 82.5kg, so I know what it takes to build strength, suffer through endurance, and stay disciplined long term.
