  2. Personalized nutrition targets + habit coaching

  3. Weekly check-ins with feedback

  4. Video form review

  5. Messaging support (Mon–Fri)

Tier 3- Dominate

£250 per month

  1. Fully individualized training (updated weekly)

  2. Tailored nutrition strategy with adjustments

  3. Weekly check-ins + Video call check in

  4. Unlimited form reviews

  5. Priority messaging support 24/7

  6. Monthly progress review + goal reset

  7. I will also join you in any event that you are training for
