Who I am
This year my goals are hitting a 540kg total across the three main lifts and completing a 50+ ultra. I’ve been training for over 10 years, moving through bodybuilding, military-style conditioning, and now focusing on functional strength and endurance. I’ve also gone through a weight-loss journey, dropping from 105kg to 82.5kg, so I know the grind from all angles. I’m a Level 3 qualified PT, bringing professional experience and proven methods to help others reach their goals.
